Terms of Service

I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB WHICH TAKES UP MAJORITY OF MY TIME. MY TURNAROUND TIME CAN BE ANYWHERE FROM 2 WEEKS TO 2+ MONTHS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU ASK FOR. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN COMMISSIONING ME!!

  1. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, DO NOT COMMISSION ME OR ATTEMPT TO INTERACT WITH ME IN ANY WAY.

  2. All communication is done through Discord only!

  3. All payments are done through Cash App or Paypal currently!

  4. If you wish to commission me, you must pay the FULL PRICE upfront. This is to prevent the chances of me getting scammed out of money for a piece. Please see numbers 16. and 17. for more information regarding this.

  5. You will always be notified when progress is made on the piece, and please feel free to DM me if you would like an update if I have not already given you one within 2 days!!

  6. DO NOT claim the artwork as your own

  7. If you trace, steal, claim, plagiarize, etc. any of my works, you will be put on my public blacklist.

  8. You may repost the artwork elsewhere with proper credits. Only crediting me with @D1v1nEN1X on a website that I am on, or linking my Toyhouse is acceptable. @/D1v1nEN1X or D1v1nE_N1X with no @ is not acceptable.

  9. Editing the artwork is not allowed, you may crop it to fit your PFP etc. but do not change the artwork itself.

  10. I have the right to refuse anything I do not want to draw. DO NOT pressure me to make anything I don't want to make.

  11. If you support bigotry of any kind, do not interact with me

  12. For my fursuit commissions, I am a beginner fursuit maker, and am only able to hand sew costumes, so please be patient with me!

  13. I post / stream commissions on Twitch, Cara, Instagram, Twitter, etc. This is non negotiable.

  14. If you break any of my TOS, you will be blacklisted.

  15. Refunds are guaranteed if I am no longer able to work on the commission for medical, or personal reasons. You will be notified by me, and the refund will be given ASAP after I give you notice.

  16. If you are given a refund you do NOT reserve the rights to the piece, but depending on the completion of the piece, and the reasoning for the refund, I am more than willing to discuss this.

  17. Do not ask me to use / copy a different artist's art style for your commission. I only do commission work in my style.

  18. I do not mind making edits to the piece if I forget to draw markings, accessories, design errors, etc. If it was my error, and the commission has not been closed.

  19. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the final sketch / final lines & color of your commission before I continue. Any drastic changes to the pose, facial expression, clothes, etc. will add on to the price of your commission

  20. I do not do commissions on deadlines, unless it is for commercial purposes, a comic, book, PNGTuber, etc. In those cases, my prices will change depending on what you are asking me to do. Please feel free to reach out if this is something you are interested in!
